Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of DeskPixel AI ('we', 'our') by you ('user', 'you'). They cover all features of deskpixel.app and related services. Continued use after Terms updates constitutes acceptance of changes.

We grant you a subscription license to use the service (Free / Starter / Pro / Studio) for as long as your plan is active. This license: • Renews monthly until you cancel • Is non-transferable • 1 subscription = 1 account / user • Forbids reselling our source code, prompts, or workflows

DeskPixel runs all AI on the platform's own provider keys: • AI usage is included in your subscription — you do not bring or pay for an API key • Each plan includes a monthly orchestration quota; fair-use limits and a per-account cost ceiling protect the service • We may adjust model providers or quotas to keep the service sustainable, with notice for material changes • We are not liable for upstream AI provider outages or model behaviour

All content you create via the service (chats, knowledge files, custom agents, prompts) remains your property. We will: • Never use your content to train any AI • Never share with third parties beyond providers needed to deliver service • Delete all your content within 30 days after you delete your account

You may not use the service to: • Generate illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content • Infringe others' copyrights • Send spam or phishing • Reverse-engineer or improperly access our API • Overload our systems (e.g. via automation bots) Violations may result in account suspension without refund.

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices shown in THB (or USD for international customers) include Thai VAT 7% where applicable. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from the billing portal. AI usage is included — there are no separate per-token charges.

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from Settings → Manage billing. On cancellation you keep access until the end of the current billing period, then move to the Free plan — we don't pro-rate partial months. If you were charged in error, contact support@deskpixel.app within 7 days for a review.

You may delete your account anytime via Settings. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for Terms violations. After suspension: • Your data is retained 30 days before permanent deletion • You may export your data anytime before deletion

DeskPixel is provided 'as is' — we don't warrant accuracy of AI-generated content. Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us. We are not liable for: • Indirect damages (lost profits, business interruption) • AI costs you incur with providers • AI errors affecting your business decisions

We commit to ≥ 99.5% uptime and to fix critical bugs within 24 hours. AI quality depends on providers — we don't control it directly but will keep improving prompts + model recommendations.

We may update Terms periodically. We'll give 14 days' notice via your registered email. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Bangkok courts.
