What's on the Free plan?
20 orchestrations per month (max 2/day) across 6 core agents. No card needed, no trial expiry — free really is free. Upgrade when you need more runs or want premium agents.
What counts as one 'orchestration'?
One orchestration = one goal you type, run start to finish — Maya routes it to a team and the agents hand off work until it's done. A single run might use 1 agent or 4; it still counts as one orchestration against your monthly quota.
Why a subscription instead of one-time?
Because AI usage is now included — we pay for every token your agents generate. A monthly plan lets us cover that cost and keep improving the product, while you get a predictable bill with no API keys to manage.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from Settings → Manage billing (the Stripe customer portal). Changes take effect right away and your projects, chats, and custom agents carry over.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period, then drop to the Free plan. Your data stays intact — nothing is deleted. No long-term contract, cancel in two clicks.
What AI do you use?
Core agents are fast and great for everyday work; premium agents (Pro+) are tuned for deeper reasoning. We run them all on our key — you never pick or manage one.
