Connect Discord

Post agent output to a Discord channel through a webhook.

Starter

Connect Discord to post your team's output into a Discord channel. Great for keeping a community or an internal server updated automatically.

Where to find it

Open Settings → Connected tools and choose Discord.

Steps

  1. Create a channel webhook. In Discord, open Channel settings → Integrations → Webhooks → New Webhook, pick the channel, and copy the webhook URL.
  2. Paste it into DeskPixel. Enter the webhook URL in the Discord tile and save. It's stored encrypted.
  3. Approve the first post. When an agent is ready to post, an approval card waits for your tap.

Tips & tricks

  • Name the webhook in Discord (e.g. "DeskPixel") so posts are clearly attributed in the channel.
  • Use a dedicated channel for agent posts so they don't get lost in conversation.

Requirements

Connecting tools requires the Starter plan or higher.
