Keeping output on-brand

Use the Brand Kit and a few habits to keep every piece sounding like you.

Your Brand Kit is what keeps every agent on-brand. Fill it in once and the whole team speaks in your voice. Here's how to get the most from it.

Fill in your Brand Kit

Add your voice, hashtags, and audience to the Brand Kit. Every agent inherits these, so what they produce sounds like you without you repeating yourself each time.

One kit per project

If you run different brands, keep a separate Brand Kit for each project. That way work in one project never picks up the voice or details of another.

Toggle it off for one-offs

For a one-off that shouldn't follow your brand rules, turn the Brand Kit off for that chat. The team works without inheriting your brand voice.

Brand rules vs. role rules

Put brand-wide rules (voice, audience, hashtags) in the Brand Kit. Put role-specific rules in a custom agent. That keeps the shared stuff shared and the specialised stuff where it belongs.
