Routines (scheduled work)

Routines let you set your team to run recurring work on a schedule, like a weekly content plan or a monthly recap, without re-typing the brief each time. You save an instruction and a schedule once, the team runs it automatically, and the output lands right in your project.

What you can do

Save a routine when you have work that repeats. Write the instruction the way you'd describe the goal in chat, then pick how often it should run. From there it runs on its own:

• Set up a recurring brief once instead of re-typing it every week or month.
• Have the team produce something on a regular cadence: a weekly content plan, a monthly recap, and so on.
• Find each run's output waiting for you in your project, ready to review.

Tips

• Write the instruction as clearly as you would for a one-off request. The clearer the brief, the more useful the recurring output.
• Use routines for the work you already know you'll want again, so you stop re-explaining it.
• Keep an eye on how many routines you have set up, so the ones that matter most are the ones running.

Requirements

Routines are available on Pro and Studio (Pro: up to 10, Studio: up to 25). Free and Starter plans don't include routines.
