Connect & settings

Connect Notion

Let agents search, create, and append Notion pages so your work lands in your workspace.

Starter

Connecting Notion lets your agents search your workspace and write their output straight into pages, so a content plan or a draft lands where you already work instead of sitting in chat.

Where to find it

Open Settings → Connected tools and choose Notion.

Steps

  1. Start the connection. Click connect on the Notion tile. Notion is the one tool that uses OAuth, so a Notion window opens.
  2. Approve access. In the Notion popup, pick the pages or workspace you want DeskPixel to reach and approve. You're granting access only to what you select.
  3. Brief as usual. Once connected, the right agents can search, create, and append Notion pages as part of their work. The first write asks for your approval.

What agents can do

With Notion connected, agents can look things up in your workspace, create new pages, and append to existing ones. They can't touch anything outside what you approved during the OAuth step.

Tips & tricks

  • Give it a clear home. Point agents at a specific "DeskPixel" page or database so output is easy to find.
  • You stay in control. Every send still asks for approval the first time. See Tool approvals & safety.

Requirements

Connecting tools requires the Starter plan or higher.
