Connect LINE
Send messages to your audience on LINE through the Messaging API.
LINE is where many Thai businesses talk to their customers. Connect it and your team can push messages to your audience through the LINE Messaging API.
Where to find it
Open Settings → Connected tools and choose LINE.
Steps
- Create a Messaging API channel. In the LINE Developers console, create a provider and a Messaging API channel for your official account.
- Copy the access token. From that channel, issue a channel access token and copy it.
- Paste it into DeskPixel. Enter the access token in the LINE tile and save. It's stored encrypted. Approve the first push when an agent sends it.
Good to know
DeskPixel uses LINE's push messaging, so agents send to the audience connected through your official account. As with every channel, the first send waits for your approval.
Tips & tricks
- Mind your LINE message quota. LINE's own plan limits how many push messages you can send each month, and DeskPixel sends through your account, so those limits apply.
- Keep broadcasts valuable. LINE audiences are close to your business. A relevant message lands well; a noisy one costs followers.

Connecting tools requires the Starter plan or higher.
