A weekly Marketing OS routine

An end-to-end rhythm — from idea to published, tracked, and measured.

The Marketing OS works best as a weekly rhythm: a loop that turns raw ideas into published work and then into numbers you can learn from. Here's the flow.

1. Capture ideas

Whenever inspiration strikes, drop it into the Idea Bank. Don't filter yet, just collect.

2. Promote the best

Review your ideas and promote the strongest ones into the planner, where they become real, scheduled work.

3. Draft the content

Have the team draft the content for each planned item. This is where your agents do the heavy lifting.

4. Schedule it

Put the finished content on the calendar so you know exactly when each piece goes out.

5. Publish

When the time comes, publish.

6. Log the numbers

After publishing, record the results in analytics. Those numbers feed your next round of ideas.

Check Home daily

Open Home each day to see what's waiting on you, so nothing in the loop stalls.
