The board

The Marketing OS board is where your plans become trackable work. Content, tasks, and promotions live as cards on a Kanban board you can drag across columns, and because it's part of DeskPixel, your agents can drop work straight onto it.

Where to find it

Open Marketing OS from the navigation and choose the board (also reachable from the planner). It loads with your current cards grouped by status.

How it works

1. Open the board. Cards are grouped into columns by status, and new work lands at the top of its column.
2. Add work two ways. Create a card yourself, or ask the team in chat ("save this as a task") and the agent writes it straight onto the board.
3. Move cards as work progresses. Drag a card from one column to the next; the status updates everywhere it's shown.

Tips & tricks

• Let agents do the data entry. After the team drafts a week of posts, ask them to save each as a content card. It's faster than typing them yourself.
• Use the board as the single source of truth. When everything lives here, the "what's next" question answers itself.
• Keep columns honest. Move finished work out of "in progress" so the board reflects reality and the team's snapshot of your plan stays accurate.
